SENRAB Tech (“SENRAB”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates this website at senrab.co.uk. We are a UK technology consultancy and implementation business, helping SMEs remove operational friction and implement bespoke systems.

For the purposes of UK data protection law, SENRAB Tech is the controller of the personal information collected through this website. Our full registered company details are being finalised and will be published here once confirmed. In the meantime, contact privacy@senrab.co.uk with any question about who is responsible for a specific piece of information.

This notice explains what personal information SENRAB Tech collects through this website, why we collect it, how we use it, who we may share it with, and the rights you have over it. It applies to visitors, prospective clients and anyone who contacts us through the site. If you become a client, a separate services agreement may set out additional terms for how information is handled once work begins.

We collect information you choose to give us, primarily through the contact and enquiry form. That form collects your name, email address, company name, a description of the process you are looking to improve, and confirmation that you consent to us using the information to respond to you. You may also choose to give a telephone number and tell us how you heard about us. If you arrived through a link that carries campaign tags (UTM values such as the source or campaign name), those values are submitted with your enquiry so that we can see where it came from.

The business-case calculators on this site only process the figures you type into your own browser, to produce an illustrative estimate. Those figures stay in your browser and are not sent to or stored by SENRAB.

Like most websites, our server also receives standard technical information from your browser as part of how the web works (for example, your IP address and browser type). If you allow optional analytics, Google Analytics is also used, as described in our Cookies Policy. Google receives technical information such as your IP address, device and browser details, the address of the pages you view (including any campaign tags in the link you used) and where you came from, together with a randomly generated identifier. The analytics events we send do not include your name, email address or anything you type into a form. Google reCAPTCHA, which protects the contact form, also receives technical information such as your IP address and browser signals.

• To maintain and improve this website and our services.
• To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

• Legitimate interests — responding to business enquiries and communicating with prospective clients in a proportionate way.
• Consent — where you tick the consent box on our enquiry form, for optional analytics (used only if you allow them), and for any future optional marketing use.
• Contract — where processing is necessary to deliver services once a client agreement is in place.
• Legal obligation — where we must keep or disclose information to comply with the law.

We do not currently operate a marketing mailing list. If we introduce one, we will only add you with your consent or another appropriate lawful basis, and every marketing communication will include a clear, simple way to opt out. Making an enquiry or asking for a review does not automatically add you to marketing communications.

We do not sell personal information. We may share enquiry details with service providers who help us operate this website or manage business communications — for example, our website host and form handler (Netlify), which receives and processes enquiry form submissions on our behalf, and email delivery or enquiry-management tools — strictly so they can help us respond to you. Where you allow optional analytics, Google Analytics is used as described in our Cookies Policy. Separately, Google reCAPTCHA protects the contact form from spam, whether or not you allow analytics. SENRAB has not activated a marketing or CRM integration on this website; this notice will be updated if that changes. We may also disclose information where required by law, regulation or a valid legal process.

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information you provide to us, including limiting who can access enquiry information and using reputable service providers where third-party tools are used. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Netlify, which hosts this website and processes enquiry form submissions for us, and Google, which provides the optional analytics and the spam protection described in our Cookies Policy, may store or process information outside the UK; their own privacy policies and terms apply to that processing. Where information is transferred outside the UK, we expect an appropriate legal safeguard to apply — such as UK-approved standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision — and we will update this notice if our arrangements change.

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected for, including to meet any relevant legal, accounting or contractual requirements. Enquiry details are generally kept for as long as needed to manage our relationship with you and for a reasonable period afterwards for legitimate business record-keeping, then deleted or anonymised.

This website uses local browser storage to remember your cookie choice. Optional Google Analytics cookies are used only if you allow them, and there are no marketing or advertising cookies. Full detail is set out in our Cookies Policy.

Depending on the lawful basis we rely on, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Erasure — ask us to delete information we no longer have a good reason to keep.
• Restrict how we use your information in certain circumstances.
• Object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing.
• Portability — receive certain information in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time, where consent is the basis for processing.
