Cookies Policy

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local browser storage and session storage. This policy explains what senrab.co.uk actually uses, so you can make an informed choice — it only describes technologies genuinely present on this website, not a generic industry list.

This website stores one item in your browser’s local storage, senrab-cookie-choice, to remember your cookie choice (whether you have allowed optional analytics). It holds a small piece of structured data: a version number, your analytics choice and the time you made it. It stays until you change your choice or clear your browser data. It is strictly necessary for the cookie banner to work, is not a tracking technology, and is never shared with anyone.

Apart from this item and the spam protection on the enquiry form (described below), nothing else is stored in your browser unless you allow optional analytics. Depending on how the site is hosted, your browser may also receive minimal technical cookies needed simply to deliver web pages to you. These are not used to build a profile of you or to track you across other websites.

Analytics is off unless you allow it, using Accept or the Analytics option under Customise in the cookie banner. If you do, this website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies called _ga and _ga_ followed by the analytics container ID. Check Google’s documentation for how long those cookies last, as it can change.

If you allow analytics, we send page views and a small set of interaction events: when a service, industry or pricing page is viewed, when the review or quote buttons are clicked, when an enquiry has been sent, and when the enquiry form shows an error. These events do not include your name, email address or anything you type into a form. Google itself receives technical information such as your IP address, device and browser details, the page address (including any campaign tags in the link) and the site you came from, together with a randomly generated identifier. Google signals and ad personalisation are switched off.

If you do not allow analytics, no analytics script is loaded and no analytics cookies are set.

If you allow analytics, the website also keeps an item called senrab-utm in your browser’s session storage. It remembers the campaign details of the link you arrived by (the utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term and utm_content values, where the link has them) for this visit, so that an enquiry can be attributed to where it came from. It also keeps an item called senrab-lead-sent, which is just a marker with no personal information, so that reloading the confirmation page does not count the same enquiry twice. It ends when your browser session ends, or sooner if you withdraw your consent. If you do not allow analytics, nothing is stored; but if the link you used carried campaign tags and you send an enquiry from that same page, those tags are sent with the enquiry (see our Privacy Notice).

The contact page uses Google reCAPTCHA to protect the enquiry form from spam. Loading it involves Google and may set cookies on that page. It is part of keeping the form secure, so it does not depend on your analytics choice. Google’s own privacy policy and terms apply to it.

This website does not use marketing or advertising cookies, and no advertising or social-media tracking pixel is embedded on the site.

The third-party technologies on this website are Google Analytics 4, which is used only if you allow optional analytics, and Google reCAPTCHA on the contact page. There are no advertising pixels or social-media widgets. Images, video and page assets are served from SENRAB’s own website. If that changes, this policy will be updated to name the specific technology before it is used.

When you first visit, a compact cookie banner lets you Accept, Reject or Customise optional analytics. Your choice is remembered using the storage described above, and no optional cookie or storage is used ahead of that choice.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time. Once you have made a choice, a “Cookie settings” button appears at the bottom left of every page, and it opens the banner again and clears your saved choice until you choose again. Withdrawing your consent stops analytics and clears the campaign storage, and removes the analytics cookies where your browser allows; you can also delete them yourself in your browser settings.

Most browsers also let you control or delete cookies and local storage yourself, through their own settings. Blocking all storage may affect how well this website remembers your preferences, though the site will still function.
