What a bespoke system costs depends on your process
Every system is scoped to how your business actually works, so we talk through the likely cost with you rather than publish a number that may not fit. This page explains what shapes the cost and how to get that conversation started.
Request a Tailored Quote. Tell us about your process in the form. We reply to set up a short conversation to talk through the scope level that fits and what it is likely to cost.

03Agreed with you
What we agree with you up front.
Running a system involves more than building it. These are agreed with you as part of the scope, so you know where you stand.
- Hosting is agreed with you up front.
- Maintenance is agreed with you up front.
- Support is agreed with you up front.
- Third-party software licences are agreed with you up front.
- AI usage charges, where a system uses AI, are agreed with you up front.
- Future development beyond the agreed scope is scoped and agreed separately.
04The review
What you can take away from the review.
What you take away
- A view of the whole company: everywhere time and money are threatened.
- A clearer way to manage the things that matter.
What it is
- A free 20 to 30 minute review.
- A conversation about how your business runs today, where paperwork and disconnected systems slow it down, and which scope level is likely to fit.
What it is not
- No obligation. Any project work would be scoped and agreed separately.
What happens next
- We reply to agree a time.
- After the conversation you decide whether to go ahead.
05Questions
Questions about pricing.
Why don't you publish prices?
Every build is scoped to the way your business works. A published number would either be too vague to help or wrong for your case, so we talk through your process first and then the likely cost.
What is the cheapest way to start?
Start with one focused process, such as a digital form, a simple approval or basic job tracking, and scope that first. More can be added later, once you know what you want.
Are hosting and support included?
Hosting, maintenance and support are agreed with you up front as part of the scope. We say what applies to your system as part of the scope.
What happens when we want more later?
Future development is scoped and agreed separately before any work starts. A system can be extended, one process at a time, so you do not have to decide everything on day one.
Who owns the data?
You keep your business data and the right to use your configured system. SENRAB retains ownership of the underlying platform.
How does AI usage affect cost?
Where a system uses AI, the provider's usage charges are a running cost that is agreed up front, and we explain how they are measured. Not every system needs AI, and plain rules and reminders often do the job.
Is the operational review free?
Yes. It is a 20 to 30 minute conversation about how jobs and paperwork move today. No obligation. Any project work would be scoped and agreed separately.
